The State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE), formerly known as the Tripartite Foundation, is the public body that supports and coordinates the training for employment system in Spain. It enables companies and workers to access subsidized training and public training calls, with the aim of improving employability and competitiveness.

    • Manages and disseminates subsidized company training and publicly funded training programs.
    • Collaborates with SEPE and other bodies to correctly apply funds allocated to training for employment.
